Once you have chosen your conservatory and we have installed it, you can enjoy your conservatory with complete peace of mind - because we are so confident in the quality of our craftsmanship that we offer a full 10 year guarantee.

There is no premium to pay for this guarantee - we offer it on every conservatory totally free of charge.

Deposit indemnity

On top of our 10 year guarantee, we also provide deposit indemnity. As with our guarantee, we offer our deposit indemnity on every conservatory totally free of charge. A deposit Indemnity is insurance for the deposit you pay to secure the work to be carried out on your home.

Insurance backed guarantee (IBG)

We also provide an insurance backed guarantee free of charge. An insurance backed guarantee is valuable protection in the unlikely event that Canterbury Conservatories cease trading. If this happened, it would mean your conservatory and any work carried out on your home will remain under guarantee through Canterbury’s insurance provider.
